David Kahn is for EVERYONE!

We have carried David Kahn denim for quite some time now & it has always been a favorite from the older age group of customers (commonly said to be the jeans for "moms"). Well that is not the case now-there is a new designer! David Kahn has not only kept the "moms" happy, but is also making tops & denim great for a younger age group. The cuts and styles work great on any age group! Our recent shipment of Nikki bootcut jeans & white Skinnies have been a hit for all women! Siobhan and I saw the preview of their fall tops & denim at market a few weeks ago and are pleased to tell you...GET EXCITED! The tops are great quality at great prices. Slick Skinnies

Kourtney Kardashian was seen in New York sporting Citizens of Humanity Slick Skinny Jeans while carrying her son, Mason. She paired them with a floral top and sky-high Louboutins. These are my new favorite jeans because they are so comfortable and easy to move in-looks like she agrees! We just got in a shipment of them!

OPI nail polish is so fun. i love painting my nails when i actually have some time to let them dry. you can go on opi.com and try on the different nail colors to get a visual of what it would look like on your nails. i choose 'blue my mind' because it reminds me of denim. anything denim is the hot trend & what better way than to wear it on my finger nails.

this is my denim vest. as i was cleaning out my room i found odds and ends that i didn't want to get rid of such as buttons, threads, and broken or miscellaneous jewelry. i sewed them onto my vest && here is one side of the front. i also sewed my name on the pocket. this is an easy, fun project to do while watching tv!

It's Back.....The Denim Jacket Trend Has Been Rediscovered!

If there is one thing I have learned over the years…it is to NEVER get rid of certain pieces in your closet….more particularly….a denim jacket! Yes, this is a trend that comes in for a season, sometimes two, and then fades away but never for long! It is a style-piece that you will always be able to rely on. You may send it to the back of the closet for three or four seasons, but you can bet your bank that you will be bringing it in and out of this beautiful world for the rest of your life. Throughout many decades, this has been and remains to be a piece we have been able to rely on; weaving its way in and out of fashion magazines and “key pieces for the season” headlines. The denim jacket trend will usually run its “trend course” 5-6 times in a decade, not to mention it can be worn year round! It is a sure bet for, literally, the rest of your life….so buy a good quality piece, because if you don’t, how do you expect this “must have; wear with everything” piece to last you for your lifetime!
